Tāmaki Regeneration Company is recruiting!

Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) has been mandated by its shareholders, New Zealand Government and Auckland Council, to lead on urban regeneration activity in Tāmaki to achieve four equally important objectives  social transformation, economic development, place making and housing resources.

The Tamaki Regeneration Programme  is a ground-breaking project, taking place in an area with an abundance of natural, social and cultural advantages -  ripe for its potential to be realised. The regeneration of Tāmaki will not only build a ‘place’ for a vibrant and cohesive community, it will create greater opportunities for the children, adults and businesses of Tāmaki.

Asset Administrator

This role supports the Asset Manager through managing the daily, weekly and monthly transactions that are business as usual within the asset management systems. Click here for more information.

Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for managing the relationship with our property management partner, ensuring required targets standards and KPIs are met, project requirement, procurement and strategic plans. Click here for more information.
