Covid-19 Information for Tāmaki Housing tenants

New Zealand is now at Level 2 in the Government’s Covid-19 alert system.

  • By making an appointment to come and see us at our Panmure or Glen Innes offices from Monday 18 May. We will ask you a couple of questions before you come into the office to ensure we keep everyone safe. Please do not come to our offices if you are unwell.


Getting repairs done

We will continue to do necessary repairs to your home. Please tell us about any repairs that you need and we will get these underway.

We will prioritise urgent repairs that impact on your ability to live safely in the house or could impact your health (some examples are not being able to cook, a blocked toilet, not having running water or the house not being secure).

Our maintenance team has procedures in place to keep everyone safe, so before we visit we’ll ask you a couple of questions and let you know how we will complete your repair job safely.

Paying your rent

Please continue to pay your rent as normal, if your circumstances have not changed. Benefits will continue to be paid as usual.

If your income has changed because of Covid-19 and you are having difficulty paying your rent then please contact Work and Income New Zealand on 0800 559 009 and call us on free phone 0800 521 555.  We are here to support you.
